For 2019-2020, we have updated CEL’s Instructional Leadership Academy to more fully address the leader’s role in supporting teacher learning, including how leaders can create the conditions for optimal teacher learning, cultivate a culture of collective efficacy, and assess the current state of teacher learning at their schools. In addition, participants gain practical skills and tools to immediately use to better leverage their school’s current capacity and design more-strategic professional learning opportunities for teachers.
