Join a diverse cohort of leaders from Washington and Oregon to learn together and tackle real-world challenges in community. The Dr. Stephen Fink fellowship, grounded in the legacy of CEL’s founder, creates space for leaders to strengthen their practice and benefit from the collective wisdom of peers who understand the realities of educational leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

  • A trusted network of school and district leaders facing similar challenges
  • Opportunities to explore best practices in instructional leadership
  • Structured problem-solving and learning with a small cohort of peers
  • Up to three hours of one-on-one leadership coaching
  • A $2,000 stipend that may be applied toward participation in the Washington Instructional Leadership Academy

WHO SHOULD APPLY

  • School and central office leaders in Washington or Oregon
  • Leaders committed to continuous learning and improving student outcomes
  • Able to participate in 4–6 one-hour virtual learning sessions over the school year
