Katie is a program coordinator who supports our leadership programs through thoughtful coordination and collaborative systems that center people and strengthen professional learning experiences. Her work is rooted in partnership, shared ownership, and a commitment to supporting colleagues and partners with care and clarity. Katie brings over 20 years of experience in social work, including developing after-school programs and community initiatives that support families and students transitioning out of homelessness. Guided by curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning, she is deeply dedicated to educational justice and advancing equitable outcomes for students. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University.
