Kacey joined the University of Washington Center for Educational Leadership (CEL) in January 2015. She plays a central role in providing administrative and operational support of CEL’s field work, CEL-wide systems and processes in information management, human resources, and facilities. Kacey received her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Washington.
