Dr. Constance Daw (ADOS) is a mother, daughter, sister, wife, Black Lady Principal, storyteller, musician, artist, and friend living free on the ancestral lands of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians. She is the principal of Grant Center for the Expressive Arts, an elementary school in Tacoma Public Schools, and a graduate of the Leadership for Learning Program – Cohort 7 at the University of Washington. Constance is the inaugural Color of Change Mari Matsuda Award For Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Education award recipient.
