Dr. Jeff McCormick is a project director at the Center for Educational Leadership (CEL). He leads work that helps principals and central office leaders effectively support teachers in their quest for better outcomes for students, especially students furthest from educational justice. Jeff began consulting for CEL in 2015 and became a project director in 2019. Prior to that, he served as the program coordinator and teaching faculty for the University of Washington Bothell Leadership Development for Educators (LEDE) principal preparation program. Prior to joining CEL, Jeff served as a central office leader, principal, instructional coach, and teacher.
