Allison joined the Center for Educational Leadership in 2014 and currently serves as a part-time project manager. She earned her Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis on Education Policy from the University of Washington Evans School of Public Policy and Governance. Allison enjoys analyzing systems of work and making them more efficient to help teams and partners meaningfully engage in the important work of eliminating educational inequalities.
